Guys so I want to buy this front lip for my is250 2013 base model from eBay:

As i scrolled through the description it mentioned I needed this for installation:

Can i get some help on wether I really need to buy that or not, like would it make a difference if I put it on without it?

I have that exact lip- no you don't need the tape. The holes on it line up with the existing OEM bolts. No need for any extra bolts or tape. Fitment is excellent.

ahhhh thanks man much appreciated, do you know any other styles btw? that one looks decent trying to see if theres a better one out there.
