Though there isn't an exact figure, I'd definitely have the battery disconnected it more like 15-20 minutes. Then immediately after reconnecting, go out and drive it like you would it to perform on a daily basis. It picks up your driving habits and shift points within 10 minutes or so I've found.

Actually the tune along with the 50hp claim is for the IS350 and any other car that uses the 2GR-FSE. The IS250 as far as I know can only be tuned by TTFS at the moment with a gain of about 12whp and lb-ft. Which is better than nothing I suppose.

Good to know. Judging by the fact that usually my transmission shifts early I guess its safe to say the previous owner didn't drive it really hard lol.
