Measure DPF status and regeneration on demand

Hi folks, I wonder if is possible to measure the dirtiness state of the Diesel Particulate Filter on my Lexus IS220d (2006), and possibly force on demand the regeneration. Percentage will greatly help. Probably the best way would be to use the OBD2 port with the official diagnosis software or use some ELM327 via bluetooth with the smartphone.
