Abnormal ticking/knocking after tune up
Went to do a tune up on my is250 awd before I go vacation out of state 1200 miles away. I purchased the denso spark plugs and installed all of them, seemed like they hadn't even changed the original plugs that came with the car when I bought it. I also did an oil change since the service light was on about it and I'll be driving my car home for leave.
since then I can hear some sort of loud knocking/ticking. I'm not exactly sure if I'd call it a knock but it's definitely out of the ordinary and not the usual ticking that just comes with the car itself. It's getting colder and I'm not sure if that's just why but it's more audible when I'm accelerating. I don't have a CEL light on but I went ahead anyways and hooked up to the car and got a P0113 and p0102. I'm not sure if that was because earlier in the week I forgot to hook a hose back up to the intake and ran the car for a couple seconds. But I went ahead and cleared it and will see if the codes come back on later today. Like I said before I don't have a CEL and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as I leave tomorrow at midnight to start a long drive

If you had a scanner you could watch the live data to see what cylinder may be misfiring at higher RPM's. Since this problem started after you changed the plugs there are two possibilities. 1 of the plugs is bad or one of the coils is not seated correctly or has a problem. It is possible that this only manifests itself at higher speeds and won't really throw a code unless there is a complete failure.
You need to get it scanned to determine which cylinder is not firing correctly.
Edit: The two codes you had are MAF and Temp Sensor related. Is it possible when changing the plugs you unintentionally damaged the wiring to the MAF or the MAF itself when working in in and around it's proximity? Check the connections on the MAF and the wiring to see if it's ok.
