Idc about brake dust, my TE's are caked with dust. I just care about performance and noise, i dont want to be the guy that you hear braking from half a block away.
^Then depending on availability and price, I'd consider the high-friction OEM pads and the Akebono ceramics. Both great for aggressive street-use. Surprisingly, I like the HF OEMs more than the Akebono; but the weekly baths got old quick.
Great advice here. Thanks everyone. Went with the Centric rotors and the Akebono ACT pads. I've got a few hundred miles on them and all is well. Good pedal feel and when you really lay into them, they bite in nicely. Thanks for the advice. Rock Auto had good pricing and shipping. I'll be ordering the rears next.
