No. If you have a flywheel it should already have the teeth around it. Can you link the item you bought from ebay? Is there a reason you didn't buy the factory replacements? Your car will drive differently if you don't have the dual mass flywheel that is factory installed.

The Exedy part number is LEK-8766SMF. OEM flywheel is $2k+ not including the clutch and cover. Because Lexus flywheel is dual mass and sprung. This Exedy kit comes with sprung clutch and single mass flywheel and cover. I do feel Exedy flywheel is a bit lighter. I expect it will have better rev response. I am waiting for more parts to finish the job. I will update you what I think about the Exedy kit.

I had machine shop to remove ring gear from old flywheel and fit it to new flywheel. They charged me $70 for it. Good luck to the installation. It wasn't bad. Did it in 2 weekend afternoon with my friend.
