Got one something similar, but was looking to eliminate cigarette lighter completely and integrate a USB port charger in the center console...

I remove the cigarette lighter completely and drop on USB port (for playing music and charging phone as well)

^Looks good. Wanted to replace the one in the center console. I'm assuming they're the same as the one on the ashtray. How did you wire yours?

My is 06. I have isimple kit in my car and retrofit the USBin there. I do have USB on the center console as well. The wiring is straight up. All I need is cut off the wires on the cigarette light and connect it to the USB

The Aux is in different connector. I will take some pic of the center console USB. As for the one on asktray, it connects to the isimple kit which is USB playback, android or iPhone charge and playback as well

I often plug accessories into the cigarette lighter jack (like my portable tire inflator), so I wouldn't want to use any kind of USB adapter that doesn't pop out in seconds. (It's not clear if whitebeast's one, which looks great, would come out easily)

My center console has the Kinivo BTC450 bluetooth adapter, which provides USB power.

I noticed some of the newer 2nd Gens have USB charging with the Aux, not sure if it fits the older ones but they look similar in shape. If anyone knows the part number and it's not too spendy I'd be up for gambling it and reporting back.

I also bought one of these before realizing there isn't really any convenient place to put your phone on the left side:
Totoya Switch USB Ports Totoya Switch USB Ports
Not sure I'll bother now unless it's useful for someone else to know if it fits the Lexus Switch blanks.
