I've been running a Sparco R100 seat in my IS350 for almost a year now I think. The uninstall and install is quite easy. Yes, the SRS light is stay on (solid red); but after a while, you start to ignore it. In car without a roll bar, I recommend a reclining seat. Came to this conclusion after hours of "safety" research. Also, if you ever consider visiting a track, they might require you have a seat that is SFI/FIA certified.

Yes I had an Eclipse Turbo with a Sparco race seat it was ok but difficult to get in and out of and long distance my butt would get sore. But it looked super cool. I may just keep the factory seats they are fine
