Default Not UR Typical MAF problem

Its been awhile since I have been on the forums mainly due to moving to a new house and having a new baby. But for the last several months my engine/VSC have continuously gone off due to MAF issues. I am currently running the Lexus F-sport Intake System with Dry Filter. I have cleaned the MAF sensor, ensured all clamps on intake/box are secured, even took it to Lexus paying a fortune for them to just end up replacing the entire MAF sensor. Every time something is done, the battery is reset and all lights remain off for max a couple weeks before turning back on. Now this past weekend I drove more than 400 miles to Houston, TX and back for the Import Face-off Care Show; on my way back, all lights turned off while driving. SO I thought the ECU might have actually relearned itself, but this morning they all came back on. I know a fair amount about cars but am completely stumped on what is causing this; any help would be completely appreciated.

Which lights turned off? Cabin lights, center console, dash lights, headlights, taillights? All of the above?

I am talking about the dash lights when your car detects something is wrong.

And I cant remember the numbers exactly of which codes were pulled last time. I will have them re-read and update tomorrow; thanks.

So I had the codes read today, and these three came up:
P0172: bank 1 system too rich
P0175: bank 2 system too rich
P0101: Mass or Volume Air Flow A circuit range/performance

I am going to look more into these codes, but wanted to post updates. Any suggestions will help.
