They replaced my dash when they did the airbag recall. No word on the door panels though.

Took mine in this weekend and complained about the door panels, service advisor ordered new panels and the car is currently being worked on.

Just got all 4 door panels and the dash done Yesterday. I placed the order with the dealership in Dec of 2015 I believe, so what, 16 months? At least it was free, so I'm not really complaining.

Only problem is now the digital clock under the dash board doesn't work, and the trunk none of the 3 trunk buttons (interior, on the trunk lid, OR the key Fob) will open the trunk anymore. WTF CROWN LEXUS.

Anyone else have this problem?

I just realized that my auto lights don't work after having my dash replaced. Does anyone know how easy the sensor is to get to? Surely they just forgot to plug it in and I'd rather not deal with taking it back to them. I'm sure they will offer to diagnose and repair the issue that they created for a nominal fee.

Smile 7 month wait for me

I took my 07 IS250 in to get the OK from service rep at the end of August 2016, front door panels replaced 30 days later. Air bag, dash and rear door panels replaced March 2017, all for no charge on a 124,000 mile, 9 year old 4 owner car. Awesome.

Auto lights are a quick fix. Make sure your power & trac button works too.

Everything else works fine, it just seems like they missed the light sensor as the navigation and cluster don't auto adjust now either. They just default into whatever position you put the lights in. Do you know where the wiring for it ties in at so I can check it?

I replaced my dash at Long Lexus sometime last year. I waited about a year . I just recently ordered the front door panels a couple weeks ago. My service advisor said it's going to be a while lol.

I've been waiting since December of 2015. I just last week and asked them the status of the recall and they told me that I was about #200 in line for the recall. After chatting with her recall manager, the rep then told me that I also have a recall pending for the airbag issue as well and actually bumped me up on the list so I could get them both done at once. So she told me it would be about another month or so. For those of you who have both recalls pending, It wouldn't hurt to call to ask for an update! Man, I was starting to think that they had forgotten about me but turns out the wait is just a long and tedious one to get the parts in to service over thousands of recalled vehicles. Even if you haven't had it done yet, if you so happen to sell your vehicle you may be able to transfer your place in line to the new owner!

Went in to Lexus dealership last week for carbon buildup recall and sticky panels. Was told waiting time for the panels will be 2-3 months.
