Default Bumper Question

Can you guys take a look at the two following photos, and tell me if they put the front bumper on correctly? I recently had it repaired and repainted, and the adjuster for the collision center swears it's on the correct way. I thought the inner wheel well section goes behind the front bumper.

the plastic liner is suppose to go behind the bumper

Yes, that is wrong. Even the mounting tab is backwards.

The plastic should be behind the bumper yes

yes it is wrong. you can easily fix it yourself if you want.

its not a problem if youre not lowered/rubbing.

Agreed, completely wrong. Remove the clips holding it in place, and push the thin plastic wheel well cover behind the bumper lip there (and the lip of the fender if they screwed that up too).

Mine looks weird as well. One side better than the other.
