Default Question about putting a new 18" wheels

I have 2006 IS350. It already comes with the 18" wheel. I would like to put the Enki RPF1 wheels.
What is the best Wheel size and offset. I want something different to the original but don't want to rub the tires.
And also what is the best tire size I can put for best performance?

Tire Rack is your friend. Do some research.

I checked...they do have few options.

Front:
18" x 8, 35mm Offset
18" x 8.5, 40mm Offset

Rear:
18" x 8.5, 40mm Offset
18" x 9, 35mm Offset
18" x 9.5, 45mm Offset
18" x 9.5, 38mm Offset
18" x 10, 38mm Offset

TireRack shows all this options. That means all of them will works?
