Question Left turn signal inop, right turn signal good...bulbs are all Good.

Hi,
What should I expect to pay a dealership to fix this problem? I have checked the bulbs. Actually removed the front bumper and swapped the left side with the right side. Left turn still "clicks" really fast but no lights front, back or dash. This is identical when I activate the flashers.
Thanks in advance
Kona

Seems like a relatively easy and cheap fix based on link above by replacing the flasher relay

The op from the link turn signal did not work so the relay was the fix but our signal works. Is it possible that it might be something else other than a relay?
