Default Restoring Stock Audio

Howdy ho, I just recently purchased a 2007 Lexus IS 250 that was very obviously unloved by the previous owners. There are holes drilled into the interior door panel to mount additional speakers, an ugly single-din JVC stereo, and a handful of gaudy, cheap speakers that are no longer functional poorly mounted throughout the car. I'm about to purchase a used stock CD player on ebay, and was wondering if anyone else had done a restoration of the stock (at least in terms of speaker location and remounting the stock receiver) audio system. What wiring harness(es) should I get my hands on?

In your case, you should provide some picture of it for us to take a look so we could give you better advise. Without those picture we won't be able to determine what previous owner had done to the car. Not mention about we have no idea about the wiring he had done (I mean he cut it off or using adapter to work with aftermarket player.
