2006 lexus is350 with the 2012 headlamps with led drl lights. when i turn on my headlights the turn signal in the front stays on low dim light but my drl lights and xenon lights dont work i switch the turn signal light and its the same problem. any ideas ??

I'm not sure, but I think you have to re-pin the connectors. You might search on the forum because there are plenty that have done what you did.
