Default Ventilated Seats

I'm sure a lot of people have this issue but my ventilated seats aren't blowing out as cool on the drivers side as they do on my passenger side. I feel as though maybe they just need some tweaking...is there a filter or something beneath the seat that may need to be cleaned out?

There aren't any filter that I'm aware of. There is an air vent that comes out underneath to move air into the back. You can put a piece of cardboard at an angle to deflect the cold air up to the driver seat.

The foam in the driver's seat has compressed and is blocking the airflow. Not much you can do about it. The LS has an underseat filter but I don't think the IS does.

The cooling ventilated seats on the 2nd Gen. IS sucks. Nothing you can really do about it.

Correct on all counts. Plus, if you remove the seat and look at the fan under the seat, you will find the fan caked with dust. Blow it all out to help the fan be efficient as possible.
