Navigation and sound system issue

Hey guys i just baught is250 2007 navigiton package , the issue is when i put the radio all the speakers working as well .. but if iam talking thru the bluetooth or put songs from auxilliry its makes noise and only the front left speaker working .. the rest not working i try maybe figur it out thru the settings but it showing that all the speakers working on the screen .. any help please?
