Did this today on my 06 350 with 170k on the dial (fluid has never been changed). This method with the tubing worked like a dream. I would even go as far to say this is easier than changing the oil. Granted I didn’t drop the pan as I am going to do that on the last drain and fill which will be 3 total. Fluid definitely smelt a little burnt but I expected it with 170k on it and it was sent to blackstone. Will post results once I have them.
