Today I got an oil change. Before I got my oil change, my blinkers were working fine. When I left after getting my oil change, my blinkers would not flash within the car (The dashboard) nor through my lights. And whenever I turned my turn signal left or right, it ticked. My hazard lights doesn't work either. I took my car back to the shop I got my oil changed at and they diagnosed it as the switch went out. The spent the whole day placing a new switch for the car and it hasn't fixed the problem. Could this be just the fuse or something else? I would like to get an idea what the problem was before I took it to the Lexus dealership.

Sure sounds like a fuse. Not sure how they mucked that up with an oil change.
