Regarding my bottom front seats. They are being weird. It is like the pain is coming off. black and red are coming thru on both seats. Can I replace the bottom seats only with leather and how much will it be?

If it's red and black then it sounds like dye and dirt coming off clothing. You can have the seat surfaces re-dyed for a fraction of the cost of re-upholstering with leather (even just the bottoms)

Can you provide pics? I'll tell you that you can occasionally come across ISx50 seats in the classifieds and on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2323732...=ps&dispItem=1) in the somewhat affordable range. Wear and tear condition varies greatly. That's probably your best bet. However, I'm sure there are some upholstery shops down in NC that can give you an estimate. Just go by and ask.
