Hello My 2008 IS250 is running really weird the altenator went out a few days I replaced it now I have codes that keep popping up it shows misfire from Cylinder 1 AND 4 P0301 and P0304 now its P0300 P0020 intake camshaft position Actuator circuit open bank 2
p0201 202 204 205 injector circuit open
P0348 camshaft position Sensor A circuit high input
p0351 ignition Coil A primary secondary circuit
p0353 ignition Coil C primary secondary circuit
p0355 ignition Coil E primary secondary circuit
I don't know where to start or where some of these components are can someone please help
what is the code for faulty computer can someone help me with this

If that were mine I would disconnect the battery and unplug and reseat every connector touched. Because the engine ECU is right there, I suspect something is not seated as it was before the Alt failure.
Did you replace the battery too?
What is the cold sitting battery voltage, idle, and 2000 RPM voltage all accessories off?

the car is very shaky once started like it wants to cut off once the temp raises a little then it runs but its misfiring so I cant go above 40 miles an hour... the battery is good the altenator is good I think something else is causing this
