Default picking up IS-F, will 4 stock rims w/out tires fit in the trunk?

so im having a IS shipped to my house, has aftermarket rims mounted on the car and seller is including the stock rims. will i be able to fit them all in the trunk if all tires are off? i ask because of the usual limitations of having things inside of a car when shipping, as shippers tend to not allow that.

Maybe if you are able to angle them, this was how tight it was when I picked up a set of CT200h wheels (17x8). Your looking at 2" larger diameter and slightly wider on at least 2 (depending on year).

i was thinking, what if you stacked the 4th rim above the other 3? was there enough height clearance you think to do that?

I remember it was pretty tight, don't think they were able to stack up. I was thinking maybe laying three flat and one angled up, really depends on the height if the trunk will latch.

im asking this because this vehicle is being shipped over the pacific ocean to hawaii, and while it may be okay by ground, im getting a lot of conflicting answers about having the rims in the car, couple companies are saying its okay, most are not, and the seller is claiming that hes shipped an NSX to hawaii before with rims in the car. so i figured id have the seller just stick the rims in the trunk if they all fit and if they take them out at the port, then whatever.

I don't think they'd all fit. They're 2 inches bigger than what MAizz posted and our trunks are already super cramped. If the shipper doesn't mind putting it in the back seat, go for it, although I can see the liability about why they don't want stuff inside the cabin due to the possibility of inclement weather which will certainly toss things around inside the cabin. They definitely won't stack in the trunk I can at least tell you that much.

TBH, if you don't care for the aftermarket rims, why not ask the seller to take them off and put the stockies back on? IMO, the stock IS-F rims look much better on the car than what any aftermarket rim has to offer.

Ask seller to wrap the wheels in bubble wrap, put 2 in the trunk and 2 on back seat strapped thru the spokes with the seat belts, this way they're not moving anywhere.

I couldn't fit a set of dismounted 19's in my trunk as stated. Stacking was not an option with 8.5 and 9.5 width in any combination.

There is a bunch of options in my opinion that could work. Place 4th wheel inside any type of box/container that won't damage interior or wheel. Wrap it in a blanket even, move seat full forward, place wheel behind seat and gently "lock" the wheel into place between passenger seat and rear seat base?

Have the seller install tires/TPMS on the F-sport tires, install them on the car, and let him keep the aftermarket wheels and tires.
