Glove box rattle after cabin filter DIY

After a successful DIY replacement of the cabin filter in my 2012 IS 350, I noticed significant rattle coming from the glove box, especially after driving over bumps etc. I narrowed it down to the 'divider' in the glove box. I don't know if taking it out during the DIY caused any changes to it, but it does look a little 'bent' form the weight of the owner's manual.
Anyways, taking it out of the glove box eliminated the rattle completely, so I'm very sure the divider was the culprit. Question is, is there a fix? Is it worth purchasing a new one or will it have the same issue?
Any suggestions most appreciated.
