Anyone know how bright the Espirit LED lights are? Are they functional or more for aesthetics?

Is it me, or is the bumper bigger than the car? If you look at the picture, where the bumper meets both fenders, it seems like it sticks out. However, given the price you paid for it, likely doesn't matter

 

Good eyes, it does stick out a little bit, it's supposed to be flush with the fenders.
