i believe they have 2 versions. IS250/350/ISC & ISF.
The ISF is slightly wider.
For a fiberglass kit, the fitment is pretty spot on.
As for the OEM grill pieces and emblem, you can usually source the parts off ebay for around $500-$600. It might be slightly cheaper to just have Esprit Japan send you all the parts since you're gonna pay for the container space of the box it comes already.
I received this back in Sept. I believe this is the current lip they are making.. Slightly different than the one in the pic earlier in this thread.
