Default Alternator Replaced - VSC/CEL/Traction Later

Yesterday, I took my alternator to get replaced after dying. When I picked it up, there was no error codes. I head to get gas and then park it at my house. Car gets turned on later in the night and VSC, CEL, and Traction turn on. I headed to Pep Boys today for OBD II reader to pull codes. Battery is less than month old also.

The following codes popped up:
PO018 Crankshaft Position Bank 2 Sensor A
PO345 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction Bank 2
PO348 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low

Here are some of the solutions that I have tried:
Tightened Gas Cap
Undid and Reset Battery
Toppped Off Oil (Oil was on the lower limit)

Any other solutions that people could think of before I take it in. 2006 Lexus IS350

Pull the engine cover and look for a loose plug. Sounds like someone when they replaced the alternator failed to reconnect a plug or damaged the plug going to the camshaft sensor.

Sounds like the driver's side front sensor was damaged OR the plug left unconnected. As recommended, lift the engine cover off and for what is hopefully an unconnected connector.

Take a look here.... These are the cam sensors, but with the crank sensor offline, they are now clueless as to the events. Study diagram.
