Only 8,500 miles

steering goes up and down, auto perfectly.

However once I bring the car to a stop, turn it off. Steering wheel goes up. All normal. As I open the door, another buzz happens from the steering wheel. No movement of wheel just a buzz like the motor is doing something

1) any ideas on what it could be

2) should I go to dealer to just turn off auto steering retract? My LS all has a button to turn it off but I heard IS only dealer can do it ? Wonder what they will charge

Steering wheel lock solenoid. It's not related to the auto movement and it is normal.
