I read through this thread. My daughter has a 2006 Lexus IS250 and is having the exact same issue. The evening before this started, she had her oil changed at an instant oil place.

We had the car towed to a Lexus dealer, who said it was the spark plugs and replaced them. We drove the car home and less than 14 hours later had the exact same issue.

My husband is going to check the fuses tomorrow (based on this thread). Is it possible there is a loose connection somewhere that we are not aware of? Any suggestions on where to start checking connections?
