Default Bluetooth feature

My 2006 lexus is250 doesn't have the Bluetooth feature in the settings menu on my dashboard. Is it possible my car doesn't have the Bluetooth feature???

Not only is it possible you don't have bluetooth, but it is a fact. You'll need to get an aftermarket bluetooth adapter. There is a thread around here about aftermarket adapters. Do a little search and I'm sure you'll find a suitable solution. Good luck.

To clarify what jr4div2 said, the early model years 2nd gen IS like your '06 did not support Bluetooth for music, however those equipped with navigation do support Bluetooth for phone calls.

Be aware that if you add an aftermarket Bluetooth adapter to an '06, you will probably also need to add a ground loop isolator to prevent static and alternator whine. There was a TSIB for the dealer to fix that issue, but that coverage has long since expired for an '06.

I did just this. Works great. Before the ground loop isolator it made a really annoying noise.
