I have a 2007 lexus IS350 and one day the car wouldn’t crank, I check the battery, starter, and alternator and they’re all doing fine. Someone told me it was something to do with Alarm system in the car not allowing it turn on. So I disconnected the battery waiting for 20 minutes plugged it back in to reset the system and it worked, but the problem happened again and nothing is working, anyone familiar with this problem?!

How did you check the alternator and starter and see that they're "fine" if it didn't turn on? And how did you test the battery?
I'm confused as to whether you're saying it won't run or won't crank.

Ok so if you sit in your car does your dash lights come on? does the green light comes on the push button? So it happened to me once i parked it and it wouldn't start. no lights on the dash battery was good just the green light on the button when you hit the brakes with key in the pocket. It was the fuel pressure sensor. Disconnect connect back if it fires up and shuts off then its your issue.
