Check VSC and limp mode after Seafoam
I sprayed seafoam into the intake opening circled in red. I sprayed into the intake, not the hose attached to it. The car did stall once before I sprayed the seafoam because I unhooked the vacuum line. It started up again just fine so I started seafoaming. Now my car seems to be in limp mode. It feels like its going to stall everytime Im at a red. Can anyone help?

I would suggest putting in Seafoam from the throttle body. That way you can make sure the seafoam get through all the valves evenly. By putting them through that hole in the middle of your intake manifold, you run the risk of only cleaning some of your valves. That will increase the chance of misfire and limp mode.

Yes that one will work, but for some reason it's not effective as putting them right before throttle body. I got less white smoke compare to putting through throttle body.

On the 250's the intake runners have vacumm controlled flow restrictors so only 1/2 the intake valves get a dose.
FWIW its likely the vacumm leak imduced the MIL but you could have hit the O2 sensor with loosened debris and taken it off line for a bit. Some WOT throttle, up a long hill gets the port velocity up along with temps and can free plenty of loose material after SF treatment.
