Recently my Lexus started to have issues with the VSC. The message would come and go. Anyway a week later, I was driving and my wheel locked, display turned off but the engine kept running. I turned the car off and it wouldn't turn back on. An hour later, i tried again and the car turned on but it only stayed on for about 5 mins before shutting off. I had the car towed to the mechanic where I was told that it was the alternator. I replaced that but right after, all of a sudden my display wouldn't turn on, my AC is not working, and no audio. I've checked the fuses and all are fine on the passenger and drivers side. I am not sure on what the issue could be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is the fan belt (serpentine belt, if applicable) OK? That could account for both A/C and alternator problems.

We also, BTW, have Lexus model-specific and Maintenance forums for questions like these.

did the lights on the buttons light up with headlight on?

the lights on the buttons are only on for the lower part of the dashboard (below my display screen) but the buttons on the side of the screen are not lit

Your display driver board is burnt and need to be replace.
