Modification-2008 is350

I have a 2008 IS350 and noticed a tag under hood of a authorized modification. It notes that the following modification have been made:
3535000-35362300. Can anyone tell me what that means?

Probably having to do with some kind of TSB from Lexus. Can you post a picture of the sticker?
