Please suggestion on head lights. Thank you!
I have 2007 is250 one of the head light is out. My car has AFS HiD. I think the new head lights oem cost around $2500 for pair. The car is old I just want to replace the head light to this https://www.ebay.com/p/Headlight-Set...88828922&rt=nc
Can I buy the hid conversion kit to replace the halogen bulbs? What about the AFS light system will show up? Any other options out there that I can do? I really want HID for the head lights? Thank you!

Are you looking to replace the whole headlights themselves? Or just deal with the smaller problem of one light being out? If you're interested in the second option, your best bet is to determine whether it's your Bulb or Ballast that is causing the issue - try swapping the bulbs left-to-right to confirm that. If you're looking for some D4S HID Bulbs or a D4S Ballast, there are simpler options out there than replacing the whole units.
You wouldn't be able to use a Halogen to HID Conversion kit if you've already got HID housings from the factory.

I need to replace the whole lights. The lights are old I hate to buff them out every month. The driver side is not working. It was on then off. I know the ballast is bad! The passenger size is still work but have to turn it off and on twice when it out. I saw the depot brand on ebay sold a pair but it said it wont fit on xenon model. Can I buy this one and buy the hid conversion to swap out halogen?https://m.ebay.com/itm/06-10-Lexus-IS250-IS350-Halogen-BLACK-Projector-Head-Lights-White-LED-DRL-DEPO/162816706337?fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3AIS250&hash=item25e8a1c721:g:sq8AAOSwzXxaPZa-

The one you linked is for the right side. Here is a link to the left: https://www.ebay.com/itm/06-08-Lexus-IS250-350-HID-w-AFS-Driver-Headlight/311849899470?hash=item489bb3d5ce:g:jjcAAOSwFb5aDW3T&vxp=mtr
Like XenonDepot said, there is no reason to replace the headlamp assembly due to one side being out. Instead, just swap the bulbs between left and right. If the problem moves to the other side, replace the bulbs. If the problem stays on the same side, replace the ballast.

They do, just search under the same seller and you will find them. There are couple more sellers on eBay have them as well.
The Depo set you post, yes you can install them with HID kits. But you will lose both leveling and swivel function and your AFS check light will be on unless you pull the AFS fuse.

Ethan, I wouldn't be quick to spend a lot of money on getting an entire headlight assembly when it might not be necessary. Since your IS already has AFS HID just swap the light bulb to test like what Bichon said. It's a lot cheaper to just replace bulb or ballast than replacing the entire unit and having to deal with possible compatibility or functionality issues. I can give you advice on restoring the headlight lens. You have to wet-sand with assorted grit of sandpapers, use high quality compound like Meguiar's M105 compound and M205 polish and buff. With right steps taken and the amount of application the headlight can look just as good as factory, and is permanent fix.
