So my car has this high RPM on startup almost to the point of a rattling, I also have the Check Engine light, Check VSC, and TPMS that never goes away, on top of all this I do sometimes get the low idle shakes when I came to a stop. Back when it only had about 55k on it I took in the car to get the low idle shakes taken care of and Lexus gave me some type of warranty of the work on the engine for the life of the car it was a defect from factory, they had my car for about 2 weeks and so now I'm just wondering if there are any recalls that anyone is aware of that I should be looking into for all these issues, or see what exactly that warranty covered?

yes thats what it was back when it had 55k on it, they cleaned it up with seafoam and the issue didnt go away so they lexus kept it for 2 weeks and rebuilt some top end stuff, I think I will call lexus and see what TSB's I havent got done and bring up the issue thanks for the video.
