recommendation on water pump 09 250

I found several brands of water pumps on carparts.com ranging from $35 up to $165. Can anyone here recommend a reliable brand water pump for my 09 is250 please?

Aisin or an OEM part. Aisin makes the OEM parts so you're really just paying the premium for the Lexus/Toyota logo if you go that route. The Aisin can be had for $90 on Amazon.

This is the one I would use. It's the OEM one for your car. $87 from Rockauto

I would also use Toyota Coolant and maybe add a Redline wetter .

This will help you bleed the system.

Toyota coolant

thanks guys for the input. Went with the aisin water pump,new spark plugs,new intake gasket.
Also where can I find the OE Toyota coolant?
From dealer? Or automotive store? TIA
