Well today, I was driving from school to drop my girlfriend off at her house and we had to go up a hill to get to the merge lane. So we got there and stopped to see if anyone was coming and went on from there. Now I was shifting bump shift the entire time and it was in 4th gear at 50 mph. It made a weird sound that I never heard before but made it up the hill and got ready to turn and put my foot on the gas and nothing. No power at all, pedal all the way to the floor and was doing nothing but coasting. So i pushed the car the rest of about 100 feet to the nearest parking spot area. When it lost power I guess it said low oil pressure. It's only done this one other time a while back. The car was still on as if it were running but it didn't output anything. We put down oil in it and turned on but started knocking and making all different sounds. I called my dad and he drove it a little bit but again was making all sorts of weird sounds and the idle rpm was extremely lower than usual. It didn't make sounds while idling but driving for a little bit. Don't know what it was or means and it still said low oil pressure after putting a decent amount of oil in it. If anyone could help soon it would be much appreciated!

Your engine is scrap metal. It needs replaced!
Oil is like your blood. It needs it, all of it to stay alive. You won't complete a marathon when low 5 pints. Your engine is the same way. Irreparable damage has occurred and that low oil pressure light and all the noise plus you saying you added a bunch of oil, well I hate to say it but it's too late.
FWIW: Low Oil pressure usually means it has less than 5psi. It needs like 35 to 45psi to live. Find a used salvage engine and get a quote for install if you want to drive it again.
Good luck and maybe check the fluids on your next car and pay attention. This is a costly mistake.

- Thank you and we found out just today about it. We originally thought the fuel pump was gone on it as well but it turned out that the entire engine was done. My cousin who is a mechanic suggested a crate engine that he would order for us.

Gaffney South Carolina lol we bought it from a lady who owns a construction company here. She had two daughters who had it before me so that already worried me a bit about the car. When we bought it, it had about 205k miles on it already but it we got it for a decent price. It was too good to pass up but I figured it would go soon but it didn't even make it to it's maitnence mileage which was 209k. But we're swapping the engine for a small block v8 crate engine so it'll running better than ever!
