Replaced Factory Amplifier Still no sound

Do you receive any audio from any of the functions from the head unit? Have you tried, the radio, cd, AUX, everything? With the system OFF, start the car with the system OFF, then hit the button to turn it on with the car running; does it make a POP noise in the speakers?

Yea I’m still getting no sound or pops from anything, otherwise head unit comes on CD player everything works just no sound idk what to do.

The original women I bought it from told me she has no sound and that it needed a new Amp she was told I wait 6 months to change the dead amp with another amp I’m wondering if the one I put in is defective as well I bought it from ebay

I would check to see if it is receiving power via harness and/or if it has a good ground. I'm not sure if the external amps are always on when the car is in ACC/ON. Sorry, I don't have the wiring diagram.
