Default IS250 starting issue

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum just really need some help with my car. I have a 2006 GSE20 from Japan. We don't really have a lexus dealership in Fiji but we do have a Toyota dealership but they are absolute garbage. They are currently my last resort.

anyway back to the main point. I drove down to the other side of Fiji 2 weeks ago. After running around that day i bought the car to my friends place and turned it off and locked it like normal. The next morning when I woke up, I went down and got into the car and when i tried to start it. When i got in, the brake pedal seemed really hard but i pushed it down and saw the brake lights turn on so then i pressed the start button. the gauges did it normal thing but the engine did not turn. So I got out and called a friend to press the start button as i stood in front with the fuse box open and felt the starter relay. It clicked but didn't crank.

Anyway I got it towed back to my mates garage on the other side of the island. After letting it sit there for a week he got in and started it. To his surprise it started. So he turned it off and started it again about 3 more times and it was fine. He found that there was also a malfunction with the ABS system. But only the red indicator like the parking brake light was one. He took it for a drive and got back and turned It off it didn't want to start. Same as before not turning at all. After it cooled down he said it started. So him and i are a bit puzzled as to what is going on. I've looked but couldn't find anything. Maybe just the starter needs to be replaced or what else do you guys reckon?

and the car only has one mod and that is coilovers.
Millage is sitting at 91XXX KM at the moment.

Thanks for the help in advanced.

How old is your battery? As for the ABS malfunction I'm assuming it's maybe do to a low circuit.

Get the battery load tested.

Next check the fuel pump relay, or failing fuel pump issues.

Last look into the fuel pressure sensor issues. All over the board. Many early model 2IS's are failing more frequently on this issue.

Good luck.
