Just bought a 2010 IS250 - odd clicking and rattling noise. Any ideas?

Just bought a 2010 IS250 - odd clicking and rattling noise. Any ideas?
Hi guys! Competely new to the community so please be gentle 
I went and bought myself a used Lexus IS250 MY2010 in Australia. It's nothing crazy in terms of engine performance but it's comfortable and a nice smooth drive. However I began noticing that when i accelerate or go up a hill there is a very obvious clicking and whirring sound. If i listen to it in idle it is not very obvious but still there.
The car has done 100, 000km or so and has only ever very serviced by a Lexus dealer although i bought it from an independent dealership.
I do have a 3 month warranty on this and was planning to take it to a Lexus dealership first to have a look at it before going back to the dealer I bought from. However, I wasnt sure if this is normal or not especially from all the things i read about regarding Direct injection engines.
Opinions and thoughts much appreciated!
