Default Timing chain tensioner

I have a 2008 is350 with 98k miles. Car has had all routine maintenance.
When is the suggested mileage to have this replaced?
Whats a fair cost for parts and labor?

The timing components are within an oil-filled cavity on the front the engine, so as to reduce the need to replace any of the components ever! I'm sure there are some out there that have needed replacement parts, but I'm sure they're few and far between.
