Lexus IS250 09 Aftermarket headunit

Lexus IS250 09 Aftermarket headunit
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me in selecting which aftermarket headunit to put into my 09 non-nav is250. I have found these three options.

The main difference in these being the screen size, and the software used. Has anyone had any experience with these headunits? I'm worried about the reliability, as I dont want to spend 1k+ on these units and then have it die on me a year later, as the warranty doesnt cover this either. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be extremely grateful! Thank you!
