Plug looks pretty normal. Likely has 60,xxx + miles on it, yes?
Something to keep in mind is these are combustion engines. Short runs having multiple cold starts coupled with lots of idling can lead to a faint smell of fuel in the oil.
That said get it out on the freeway for a 50mi round trip and smell the oil when done... Bet there is no trace of it.
Taking into account even minuet traces of unburned fuel are lighter than oil and will come to the surface after sitting over night.
Way back when they used to dilute the crankcase oil with fuel so at sub zero temps it wasn't a gel. As the engine warms the fuel evaporates. You just have to sustain operating temp for a couple hours.

According to what the internet says is the cause of an "ashy" plug is leaded fuel, fuel additives with lead, and likely a oil/fuel mixture forming deposits on the plug.
I wouldn't say that is a "normal" plug after even 100k miles for an IS350; there's definitely a problem there.

Its just deposits from not being opened up and deposits in the fuel. Having pulled many plugs in life, tho not ideal, not unusual for DD that doesn't pull RPM often. We have no details about anything. OP - care to share?
