General G-Max AS-05 great tires at a good price!
I just had the Generals installed yesterday(FRONT: 225/40R18 REAR: 255/40R18) and am very impressed with the ride and handling. For $659 out the door at Discounttire, they are a bargain.
If anyone is looking for value and performance, I’d recommend these tires.

I was looking at these also, but ended up with Nitto NT555 for 630 shipped from simple tire. 19” sizes though. Glad to hear you like them.

I have them on my 98 GS. For the most part I am satisfied. One thing I have noticed is a low speed soft womp womp womp noise mostly happens on a slow curve. I am not quite sure if it is the tires or if I might have a bad bearing. Anyone experience similar noise. The other thing I noticed with these when I first got them about two months ago was that first thing in the morning it would feel like the tires would have a flat spot. After the tires warmed up everything was fine. Now with warmer weather or maybe the tires have settled in, but the flat spots seem to have disappeared.
I agree for the price they are they are more than adequate. If they last as long as they claim I would probably consider them again.
