I'm trying to buy a exhaust for my is 250 and I want to know what else do I have to buy or if I have to buy anything else when I get a hks dual exhaust axle back. Can I just install it straight pipe?

Not sure what you mean... Is your car stock right now? If so, you just have to unbolt the flange after the resonator and remove the exhaust hangers and replace with the new exhaust. You can straight pipe your car yes, but then why are you buying an HKS exhaust with mufflers lol. Unless you were planning on doing a cat and resonator delete or something of the sorts.

I think he mean like gaskets, bolts or other parts to swap out the new exhaust. If you buy your HKS exhaust new you'll just need tools.
