So i cut the OEM header to see how it s from the inside and as you can see the second pipe which is inside is not steady and i believe this is what makes this metal sound .
I believe that if i take it to the muchine shop and have it stick the metal noise will go away.
I ve already contacted PPE and waiting for their reply about headers.

Ah, so the sound is simply the inner tubing vibrating against the outer tubing. Makes sense, since the header was cut and now there's nothing holding the inner tubing in place away from the outer.
