Does anyone have a general idea of just how rare the ML system is on the 2011-2013 models? I've been casually looking at IS350s and have not found a single one with the ML logo on the radio. I'm not in a rush to buy an IS350 but I'm starting to wonder if waiting to find one is even worth it if I'm going to be waiting for a year just to maybe find one with all the other options I want. I will likely throw a sub/amp in anyway, though I know that's not what differentiates the ML system from the OEM one.

I've got an 013 F-Sport (no ML) obviously. My home system is pretty darn good and I want clear full sound. What this car audio system lacks is a proper EQ. That said, yes I could use the EQ on my phone but don't as I play mostly from a USB stick directly.
It's not bad and certainly plays loud enough, has OK punch but is missing the fullness of a proper system. That said, add in some road noise and it seems pretty pointless to achieve perfection with so many distractions.
Thus the home system is my savior.
Get the car for its overall potential before someone else racks up a bunch of miles on it.
