So i replaced my spark plugs and now my car wont idle at 1000rpm , when i put it in drive it'll fluctuate between 1200-1400rpms without having my foot on the pedal , if i keep that up the car moves by itself pretty fast if i dont keep my foot on the brake , any ideas on what it might be.

One option is to physically locate all vacuum connections doing a hands on and visual. Then w the engine running, run your hands over those same areas listening for the leak.
A simple directional aid is the long cardboard tube from an empty roll of paper towels. Place it to your ear and move around the engine bay. Engine on, don't forget about that belt and pullies. They get hungry some times.
