Default P300 codes

I bought a 2007 IS350 from my son a couple of weeks ago. I've done bodywork and painted most of my life so, I decided to color sand and buff the car. It was running great when I started. I was going to move it last week. It started skipping and had a P300, P305 and P306. I've read that it's usually the first code so, I replace the #5 ignition coil. That didn't work so, I swapped #6. Still no help. I changed the #4 and ran smooth for about 5 minutes. Now it's showing #1 misfire. I haven't swapped it out yet but I'm wondering if it could be the plugs. I'd appreciate any and all help.

You look at the plugs too?
I'd replace them.
Also get some MAF cleaner and cleans that sensor.
FWIW because it runs ok at start up, that is when it uses both port and D/I. Maybe you have a fueling issue?
Perhaps a good time for some injector cleaner!

Where in SC are you? I've got a good set of OEM coil packs we can use to help diagnose the issue if you're in my local area (Greenville).

But first, as mentioned, I'd start by looking at the plugs AND probably replacing them altogether.

I assume the car was running perfectly fine before sitting for how long for the cut and buff?
