Carbon Build up is 250

I have a 2013 Lexus IS 250 I wasn't aware of this problem until today. I never received a letter from Lexus documenting the problem. Who can I contact for that and make sure I'm notified of any other alerts/recalls?

I haven't checked yet, but the 11-13 are ok. You might not get the letter.

There will be no letter for you regarding this. It was applicable only to 2006-2008 models.

Actually, it's a potential issue with all IS250s because of the direct injection. They made some changes to the pistons in 2011-2012 which the newer cars have, but that's only a band-aid.
